We typically follow a ten step process with most of
our design projects: |
 |
|
 |
Step
1. Quotation
Tell us in as much detail your needs, timeline, budget
and any other pertinent details to help us provide
you with a FREE no-obligation design quote.
|
|
 |
Step
2. Quote Acceptance / Project Start
Once you accept our design quotation, and we agree upon
your timeline and define your needs, the project is
off and running. We will also provide you with our industry
leading three written guarantees to help address any
concerns you may have. |
 |
 |
Step
3. Briefing
The project starts with questions and answers. We provide
you with a short questionnaire (a creative brief form)
which will guide you with a set of questions, the answers
to which will help inform us about your business, your
needs and your personal design style and preferences. |
 |
 |
Step
4. Clarification
We clarify any outstanding questions we might have,
recommend best course of action, if needed, or get to
work assuming all the details provided are complete. |
 |
 |
Step
5. Initial Design
We get to work creating the initial different design
concepts. Depending on the project type, the initial
concepts could come to you in as little as 24-48 hours.
|
 |
 |
Step
6. Feedback
You consider the initial deisgn concepts, and provide
feedback on your favorites. With the feedback you provide
us, we generate the next set of concepts.
|
 |
 |
Step
7. Refinement
We continue to refine the design based on your feedback.
From color, to fonts, to images, we continue to refine
and customize the design until it meets with your complete
satisfaction. With Our Unlimited Revision Guarantee,
you can feel free to ask for changes as we gradually
narrow the options down until we arrive at the final
design.
|
 |
 |
Step
8. Final Production
Once we arrive at the final chosen design, whether it's
a logo or a Web site design, we then generate the final
files. This might mean preparing a library of final
logo files, or generating the html code for a Website
or creating the final brochure file which will be sent
to a printer. We will work with you to ensure that the
formats provided meet with your, your web host or your
printer's specifications.
|
 |
 |
Step
9. Final Delivery
Depending on the type of project, final files are provided
to you either electronically, delivered via email, or
downloaded through our secured Website, or shipped to
you on CD or DVD.
|
 |
 |
Step
10. Final Payment
Once you have received the final files, the balance
of payment is made and another satisfied Joe Donnelly
Design client is served and your project is completed.
Final ownership of all copyright to the designed work
passes to you upon payment clearance.
