Paying for your Project

Payment Terms and Conditions

Joe Donnelly Design Payment Terms requires:

- 100% payment to be made upon delivery of each stage of a project as outlined in our written Project Quotation provided at the outset of each new project, unless otherwise noted. Upon completion and final delivery of outstand project deliverables, the balance of any outstanding fees are payable.

In addition to our fees, we will invoice you for the following out of pocket expenses:

  • shipping or postage costs
  • couriers or delivery costs
  • overnight mail
  • travel expenses (if required)
  • third party charges (e.g. stock photography purchases, web hosting etc.)
  • rush charges (if changes are made late in production process).

If any additional services are requested, we will perform these services at our hourly rate of US$75 per hour, or we will provide you with a new written quotation, which must be approved and signed before any work is initiated. In the event that a new contract is not signed, JDD will bill you at the above hourly rate. 

This agreement will become binding upon signature of an employee or agent of your company or written confirmation via email. Once your representative approves and takes delivery of the final files, JDD is released of all liabilities associated with content of said piece. Once your final outstanding balance has cleared, all copyrights to the final design work transfers to your company.

At the completion of each stage of the project as set out in the Projet Quotation, we will provide you with an itemized written invoice specifying the amounts due.

Payments are due with 14 days of receipt of any invoices.

Legal fees and late fees are applied monthly to all bills 30 days late. Our Late fee is 1.55% of contract total and is applied / compounded monthly until account is paid in full.  JDD reserves the right to collect from our client any and all legal fees, court cost, and collection agency fees as a result of any unpaid balance.

  • Once your account is open, click on the [SEND MONEY] tab at the top of the page,
  • Enter our PayPal account name in the Recipient's Email: field: joedonnellydesign@gmail.com
  • Enter the payment amount to send us any payments.

 

Alternatively we can accept Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers and Purchase Order Payments (PO's). Please contact us for more details.
